OUR PROMISE TO YOU

All of our s925 Jewelry purchased are subject to a 1-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use and will be exchanged within this period of time. This means that you can return products which have faults or imperfections within one year from the date of purchase, given that these are not caused by improper use of the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for 1-year calender. Jewelry returned within 30 days of purchase for a manufacturing defect will be replaced or for a refund. After 30 days from the purchase date, the jewelry will be repaired. The warranty is voided if the jewelry has been lost, damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, modified or other factors, not due to defects in material or workmanship. All jewelry returned back to us under warranty must include a copy of your purchase receipt.

Exclusions and Limitations

• This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from www.selecfashion.com
• Using non-Selec fashion beads can damage our bracelets.
  
• Stretching of our chain and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect.
• Do not expose your Selec Fashion jewelry products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
